Linda Davison Michonski has been an agent for over 30 years starting out on Beacon Hill in Boston and now with Douglas Elliman in Greenwich, CT. She and her husband David bought their first real estate company in 1979 and have been building, growing and learning from their experiences since then. She is co-author with David of Getting the Highest Price: Power Marketing for Luxury Homeowners where she shares her experiences using the Power Marketing principals that she and David have developed. Linda's book helps luxury homeowners position themselves to get the highest price in a market characterized by buyers who do not have to buy, and sellers who do not have to sell, which in super affluent Greenwich, CT, Linda knows all too well. She also addresses how to price, pick and an agent, why luxury markets are different and how to create the magical competition that solves most marketing problems.
